Commercial management

The commercial involvement of our company may cover such marine services as Chartering, Accounting, Demurrage & Claims, Bunkering.

NSM provides:

- information of vessel particulars, performance data, itinerary, quantity cargo loadable, vessel’s survey status and all other details required as per Charter Party;

- appointment of port agents;

- appointment of surveyors (loading/discharging);

- bunkering on requirement;

- liaison with master to comply with C/P terms;

- comprehensive system of such matters as voyage estimation and accounting, actual voyage results calculations, full load calculation, advising shortest routes for the vessel, calculation of hire, freights, demurrage and money resources dispatch from or due to the charterers of the Vessel, accounts control, performance analyses in the form of time charter equivalent for any period required.
